I used to work in corporate HR, supporting leadership development and talent decisions, and I kept seeing the same pattern:
talented, high-performing women being overlooked, especially in international environments. Not because they lacked skills.
But because their leadership wasn’t visible.

Many were navigating new cultures, different expectations, and unspoken leadership rules, while quietly doing excellent work.

As an expat myself, I’ve experienced how easy it is to be underestimated when you don’t yet know how to position your voice, presence, and impact.
