• Bi-weekly live group coaching sessions
  We meet bi-weekly where we work through the shifts together, going deep on what's actually happening for you at work. Small group means you get real attention, real conversation, and real breakthroughs, not a classroom experience

• Personal development plan
  At the start of the program, we map out exactly where you are and where you're going. Your development plan is built around your specific situation, your specific goals, and the leader you are becoming — so nothing is generic and everything is relevant.

• Leadership roadmap
  A clear, structured path through the three shifts, so you always know what you're working on, why it matters, and what's coming next. The roadmap keeps the work focused and the progress visible.
  
  

• Leadership experiments - learning by doing
  This is where the real magic happens. Each week I'll guide you to take one specific leadership behaviour into your actual work. We reflect, adjust, and build on it the following week. Leadership is built in the doing, and over time, that doing becomes momentum.

• Strengths Assessment to understand your natural leadership style
  Leadership that feels authentic starts with knowing how you naturally think, communicate, and influence. The Strengths Assessment reveals your top strengths so we can build your leadership presence on what's already inside you, rather than trying to become someone else.

• A community of ambitious women doing this work alongside you
  Six women maximum means this is intimate, personal, and real. You are surrounded by women who understand exactly where you are — because they are in the same moment. The community becomes a source of accountability, encouragement, and honest reflection throughout the program.

• Unlimited support between sessions
  Leadership moments don't wait for the next coaching call. When something comes up at work, whether a difficult conversation, a high-stakes meeting, or moment of doubt, you have direct access to Giang. So the support is there exactly when you need it most.

• Kick-off session & goals setting
  Before the program starts, we meet to map where you are right now, and build the foundation for everything that follows and set your personal goals. Every member who joins Thriving Leader Accelerator starts from a different place, a different role, a different challenge, a different version of the leadership gap. The kick-off makes sure the entire journey is built around you specifically.

• Leadership identity clarity
  Together we'll build clarity on who you want to become as a leader - your vision, your values, your authentic leadership style. Throughout the journey we'll do the deeper work of upgrading your leadership identity, shifting from high-performing contributor to someone who genuinely sees herself as a leader. When the identity shifts, the behaviours follow naturally. This is the foundation everything else is built on.
