ABOUT ME

I spent over a decade in HR and People Development, coaching first-time managers, partnering with senior leaders across regions, and designing leadership & learning programs for more than 2500 employees inside international organisations.

I sat in the rooms where leadership decisions get made. I saw who got the opportunities, and who didn't, despite sometimes being equally or more talented. The difference was rarely ability. It was almost always about how they showed up.

I left corporate to work directly with the women who are ready to change that. To help them close the gap between how capable they are and how visible that capability is, before the title, not after it.

  This is where the real magic happens. Each week I'll guide you to take one specific leadership behaviour into your actual work. We reflect, adjust, and build on it the following week. Leadership is built in the doing, and over time, that doing becomes momentum.

• Strengths Assessment to understand your natural leadership style
  Leadership that feels authentic starts with knowing how you naturally think, communicate, and influence. The Strengths Assessment reveals your top strengths so we can build your leadership presence on what's already inside you, rather than trying to become someone else.

• A community of ambitious women doing this work alongside you
  Six women maximum means this is intimate, personal, and real. You are surrounded by women who understand exactly where you are — because they are in the same moment. The community becomes a source of accountability, encouragement, and honest reflection throughout the program.

• Unlimited support between sessions

  Before the program starts, we meet to map where you are right now, and build the foundation for everything that follows and set your personal goals. Every member who joins Thriving Leader Accelerator starts from a different place, a different role, a different challenge, a different version of the leadership gap. The kick-off makes sure the entire journey is built around you specifically.

  Together we'll build clarity on who you want to become as a leader - your vision, your values, your authentic leadership style.
